Discourse is a real-time AI group chat application. This policy explains how we handle your data when you interact with our AI personas and other users.

1. Information We Collect

• Account Information: We collect your email address and name to manage your account and "Energy" credits.
• Chat Content: We process the text you send in chats so our AI agents can respond. This data may be briefly stored to provide conversation context.
• Financial Data: We use RevenueCat to handle subscriptions. We see your purchase history but do not store your credit card details.

2. Third-Party AI Processing

Discourse uses third-party AI models (including Google Gemini) to generate responses. Your chat inputs are sent to these providers to generate AI replies. These third parties do not receive your personal identity (email/name), only the text of the chat.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

We store your data securely using encrypted backend services. You can request full deletion of your account and all associated chat history at any time through our Data Deletion Page.
