At PolyLogue AI, we believe you should have full control over your data, including your AI chat history.

How to Delete Your Data

You can initiate a deletion request even if you have already uninstalled the app:

1. Email guerrilladev@gmail.com with the subject "Request for Account Deletion."
2. Provide the email address associated with your PolyLogue AI account.
3. We will verify your identity and delete your account, "Energy" balance, and all stored chat history within 7 business days.

What is Deleted?

• Your user profile and credentials.
• Your entire chat history with AI personas.
• Your historical usage data.

Subscription Management: All auto-renewable subscriptions are handled through the Apple App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Apple ID Settings on your device.
